About These Terms

These Terms of Service (or 'Terms') explain the rules for using the services offered by CLEARPOINTA LLC. We are a company registered in the United States. But our team and our main focus are helping businesses and private clients right here in the Czech Republic. When you agree to work with us, you are agreeing to these Terms. Please read them carefully. We want things to be clear from the start, just like we run our projects.

Your Part in Our Work

For us to do our best work, we need your cooperation. This means giving us accurate information, making decisions in a timely way, and providing access to necessary resources when we ask for them. Fees and Payments

Our Responsibility

We promise to do our work carefully and professionally. However, we can't guarantee specific results or outcomes that are outside our direct control. Business success depends on many things, including your own efforts and market conditions. We aren't responsible for losses that come from things we couldn't reasonably foresee or prevent. We act as your trusted advisors, offering our best advice and support.

When Our Agreement Ends

Either you or CLEARPOINTA LLC can end our service agreement. We'll talk about how this works in your specific project agreement. Generally, we ask for reasonable notice to wrap things up properly. If you've paid for services not yet delivered, we'll discuss fair refunds, and if we've done work not yet paid for, those fees will still be due. We always aim for a fair and honest parting, if it comes to that.

Changes to These Terms

We might update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make important changes, we will let you know by posting the new Terms on our website. It's a good idea to check back here sometimes to see if anything has changed. The date at the top of this page shows when the Terms were last updated.

The Rules We Follow (Governing Law)

CLEARPOINTA LLC is registered in the state of California, United States. Because of this, these Terms and any disputes that come from working with us will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. This helps keep things consistent for our company. Even though we work with clients in the Czech Republic, our company's legal foundation is in the US.
